Our mission to increase the safety and efficient evaluation of modern transportation has many facets. At Robotic Research, our extensive experience in autonomy has enabled the creation of the most comprehensive operator aids in the industry. Because Robotic Research has developed full blown autonomy stacks (both software and hardware) we consider the many ADAS systems as a subset of autonomy. This top-down approach allows our ADAS systems to share sensors and computational hardware while having the capabilities to fuse sensor for redundancy. This is a sharp contrast to other developers for which a particular aid is the products. As vehicles become more complex and several ADAS systems are required, a box per aid will no longer be possible, cost efficient or reliable. Modern vehicles with more evolved ADAS systems significantly benefit from this top-down approach that allows aids to share resources rather than duplicate them.
